John actually doesn't so now I am really ruining things for you, but don't be sore because I'm not going to tell you anything else. However, there are a few more things you need to know about this film. It is based on a horror novel which just came out with a sequel recently. The production value is a little on the bargain basement side, but it is a conceptually clever & trippy plot so you will forget and forgive them for that. This material could only be done credence by a master or it would have been a fine steaming pile. Thankfully, this found its way into Don Coscarelli's hands. The perfect man for the job.
