This film was what use to pass for satire because it seemed too absurd to be real, but we've certainly rounded that corner. The ridiculous has become the news. The news itself has become tribal and binary. Respect for others is interpreted as political correctness. And, say what you want, but the First Amendment does have consequences much like the Second Amendment.
