This delivery of David Lynch unceremoniously popped up on Netflix late last month. I’m a lifelong Lynch fan and have seen almost all of his films. So when I medicated and hit the streaming platforms for a night in, I knew this was the perfect primer for a weird Friday evening at home.

So even if you are going out, hit that (fill in the blank cannabis item) and then stream away. You can even watch this and still go out as it’s a spare 17 minutes long. Regardless, a little time with this celebrated auteur and a talking monkey is the perfect springboard into a weekend abyss.
