So what happened? It all started to sound like a hassle. All those people at my place. My dope all smoked up. It was so perfect in my mind, it was bound to get ruined. But the name was too good to let go of, so I thought, why not a blog?

Elvis Presley made an album of the same name 26 year before this one. This is a Cramps one (1986) of the same name. When I’m feeling psychobilly, I look to The Cramps to sooth me into glossolalia. Where dead rock star shit falls, something grows. Praise be punk!
When it gets to be late night and I’m needing to chill out at home, I go Hawaiian. I found this gem in a resale store many years ago. I revisit it often. It’s a white guy take on the traditional music of those beautiful islands. Far from perfect, but smooth, Hawaiian Paradise (1965) is a nice addition to your smoke dazed nights.
What’s as fun as watching movies & smoking weed? Playing records and smoking weed! The Beatles were revolutionary & helped the evolution of rock and roll into something stranger. All hail the weirdly, wonderful Magical Mystery Tour (1967).
